Hello again,
These past weeks, something shifted.
Not externally.
Internally.
A deeper layer showed up — one I thought I had already worked through.
But healing doesn’t follow logic.
It moves in spirals.
It waits for the right moment.
And this time, it came through my body.
Once again.
🦴 My Hip — And What It’s Been Saying
Not because of an injury.
But because of the weight I still carry unconsciously.
The patterns I inherited.
The beliefs I absorbed.
The ones I thought I had already cleared… but hadn’t.
In my work with people — and myself — I always return to one truth:
The body speaks to us. We just have to listen.
And this time, it was speaking loud and clear.
From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, the Gallbladder meridian, which governs decision-making, runs through the hip area.
So when there is pain, stagnation, or tension there — it may not just be physical.
It may mean:
💭 You are not moving forward.
💭 You are stuck in decisions that you’re afraid to make.
💭 You are resisting something your soul already knows is true.
That was me.
Despite everything I’ve done, I was still resisting some changes.
Still holding back from what I love most — because of financial pressure, family expectations (self created), and my deep, tangled relationship with money.
🧬 They Worked for Them — But Not for Me
It’s not just about my own life.
It’s about the programs I inherited.
Those beliefs worked for my grandparents — they helped them survive war and poverty.
They worked for my parents, who had to build a life in post-war Poland, under communism, raising a family during the start of a shaky democracy.
And I respect that.
I honour it.
But those programs?
They don’t work for me.
They taught me how to survive — not how to feel joy.
Not how to relax, trust, or receive.
They kept me vigilant, responsible, cautious.
But they blocked my ability to enjoy what I already have.
To feel abundance, even when it’s right in front of me.
🔁 Shadow Work — Round Two (or Twenty?)
So here I am again.
Sitting with the same lesson…
But seeing it from a different angle.
Why do I see opportunities and still choose the harder path?
Why do I have, but not feel?
Why do I still act like everything has to be earned through struggle?
Because I’m still untangling those survival threads.
And no matter how much work I’ve done, they resurface when I’m ready to see deeper.
This is the real work.
It’s not glamorous.
It doesn’t post well on Instagram.
But it’s honest, and it’s mine.
📖 A New Chapter — Literally
This latest layer has also sparked something new:
I’ve started writing my second book.
It’s still early — just drafts and outlines — But I know the shape of it:
It will be a book about patterns.
The ones we inherit.
The ones we unconsciously repeat.
And — most importantly — the ones we can choose to stop.
It won’t be a manual.
It will be a mirror.
A reflection to help you see where you’re still not free — and how you can start shifting.
🌱 What Grounds Me — Always
When the thoughts spiral, when the pain shows up, when I lose myself in overwork…
I come back to what works:
✔️ Acupuncture
✔️ Walks in nature
✔️ Light, healing food
✔️ Slow mornings
✔️ Good sleep
✔️ Real presence
The more I study Chinese Medicine, the more I realize —
the body is not just a reflection.
It’s also the gateway.
And if you’re feeling stuck, heavy, or in pain —
maybe it’s time to stop “thinking” about healing…
and start listening to your body.
If you’re ready, I’m here.

🦴 What Your Hip Pain Might Be Telling You
Real pain. Real message. A short read on how your body might be telling you something your mind refuses to admit.
☀️ A Soft Question for You
Where are you still carrying someone else’s fear — or pain — in your body?
Are you resisting a decision, a calling, or a change?
Pain is not random.
It’s a message.
A signal.
A mirror.
The question is:
Will you listen this time?
With clarity and care,
