…and how I find my way back, again and again

Hello Dear Reader,

A couple nights ago, I woke up at 4 AM — mind racing.
The full moon was still hanging low in the sky, but the noise in my head was already loud.

Anxiety.
Stress about the week ahead.
Thoughts looping around decisions I’d already made, things I couldn’t change.
And the familiar question: “Why now again?”

I tried to fall asleep, but couldn’t.
So I got up.
Had a glass of water.
Sat down.
And decided to meditate — still a bit annoyed, still half-awake, not looking for peace, just needing something that would work.

I didn’t use music. I didn’t light a candle.
I just sat with the noise.

And somehow, it started to calm down.

I told myself:

“You’ve done what you could.
You’re not behind.
You’re safe.”

Four hours later, I woke up — rested.
Not because the thoughts disappeared…
but because I remembered the real me —
and that all these thoughts were just noise.

It’s not the full moon that causes insomnia.
It could be anything — a food you ate, a word someone said, a fear triggered out of nowhere.
But every time it happens, I come back to the same place:

🧭 Knowing yourself — and consistently applying what you’ve learned about yourself — is the only way back to peace.

That’s the real work.
And it’s never done.
