Welcome to 2026.
Thank you for being here last year.
For reading, listening, and staying — even in silence.
I wish you more consciousness this year.
And a deeper knowing of yourself — layer by layer.
Starting the Year Sharp
I started this year very sharp.
Clear. Attentive. Honest.
I continue my journey of discovery.
I continue regression therapy.
One of the first sessions this year brought a deep relief —
a very personal story surfaced.
It helped me understand why, for so long, I was afraid to dedicate my life more fully
to writing, sharing, and helping people.
What I saw was simple and mind-blowing at the same time:
how deeply patterns embedded in our DNA shape our reality.
How they influence our choices, fears, and limits — without us noticing.
Listening to the Body
Over Christmas, another message became impossible to ignore.
My health needs more care.
Years ago — almost 25 years back —
I disconnected from my body in a way that cost me a lot.
I burned out. I pushed. I carried too much.
Now my back speaks clearly.
And I understand why — I’ve been carrying more than was mine.
At the same time, something else is happening:
balance is slowly being restored.
Recently, I had the privilege of a nearly one-to-one class
with one of the best doctors in Spain
who combines Chinese medicine with conventional medicine.
Through deeper diagnostics, it became clear how fortunate I was
to begin not only a spiritual awakening,
but a conscious one — supported by real changes in habits, thinking, and lifestyle.
From a Chinese medicine perspective,
I had reached a very deep level of depletion —
a stage where vital energy is already being consumed.
And the good news is this:
recovery has already started.
A Truth I Keep Rediscovering
There is something important I want to name clearly.
Everything I’ve studied.
Everything I’ve practiced.
Everything I’ve explored.
I did it for myself.
Not to change the world.
Not to teach.
Not to save anyone.
Through discovering self-love,
through discovering who I am,
I quite literally helped save my own life.
And by staying open —
by not closing again —
something continues to heal.
Recent Reflections
Over the last weeks, I shared a few reflections that come directly from this place of listening and responsibility:
- 2026 Reflection: Responsibility as the Ability to Respond in Uncertain Times
- Body Signals Before Surgery: Listening Instead of Silencing Symptoms
- 2026 Reset: An Interpretation of Astrology’s Message
They are not conclusions.
They are snapshots from the path.
A Wish for 2026
I wish you the same in 2026.
More honesty with yourself.
More listening.
More care for the body that carries you.
And the courage to respond —
instead of reacting —
to whatever life brings.
Thank you for being here.
Pawel
