It’s been a while.
Exactly two months since my last newsletter.
It was an intense period — on all levels.
Private. Professional. Physical. Inner.
A lot happened.
I started writing my second book.
I’m still working on the current one, preparing it for publication.
But what matters most is this:
I’ve been continuously working on myself.
And strangely enough — that seems to be the hardest part.
Life keeps bringing me back to the same themes.
The same lessons.
The same messages — just spoken in different ways.
Putting Myself First
One truth keeps returning, again and again:
putting myself first.
Not in an egoistic way.
But in a responsible one.
If I don’t take care of my consciousness, frustration appears.
If I don’t take care of my body, illness follows.
If I don’t take care of relationships, they fall apart.
Everything starts with me.
Family, relationships, work, providing — all of this matters.
But none of it can come first.
If I’m not taken care of, nothing else will be.
Life keeps showing me this — patiently, but clearly.
There Is No Magic Pill
Another lesson keeps repeating itself.
There is no magic pill.
No pill for pain.
No pill for health.
No pill for money.
No pill for happiness.
That may sound disappointing.
But there is also relief in it.
Because the solution exists — just not outside of us.
It lives in small, daily steps.
When I stop meditating, I lose my sense.
When I stop moving, my body collapses.
When I try to take shortcuts, life stops me.
The lesson is always the same.
A Path, Not a Promise
I can’t promise anything to anyone.
Because everything is your responsibility.
No matter where you are on the path of awareness — it’s always in your hands.
Everyone has to find their own way.
Their own methods.
Their own rhythm.
I’m still discovering mine.
Sometimes taking a step back.
Sometimes moving two steps forward.
But with every day, I see more clearly
what is my ego — and what is truly me.
And more often, I choose the second.
Towards the End of the Year
As the end of the year approaches, and the Christmas period arrives,
I wish you inner calm.
Peace.
Reflection.
No matter if you spend this time alone, with family, or with friends — do something for yourself.
Don’t rush.
Nothing will collapse if you let go of a few duties.
But I can guarantee one thing:
if you take care of yourself, you will feel better.
Looking ahead to 2026,
I wish you a beautiful journey of self-discovery.
A conscious one.
Because the more conscious we become,
the more clearly we see how beautiful life is —
exactly as it is, appearing at the right time, in the right way.
Thank you for being here.
Pawel
