Happiness as a Choice in the Journey of Conscious Creation

by | Mar 26, 2025 | 3. Awake, Reflections & Learnings

You know those moments when the universe seems to be whispering (or sometimes shouting) directly into your soul? I’ve been having a lot of those lately. Today, standing in the airport waiting for my flight, my mind was spinning with revelations again. These might sound strange to some or already known, but despite occurring not for the first time, I find them still absolutely transformative. They form the baseline for driving the change that I managed to understand over the last year. Below, I will present a summary with key aspects that are sometimes explained in a more broadened way in other posts.

Depending on the vibration and level of consciousness of each individual, these insights could be denied, acknowledged, accepted, understood, or integrated. Sometimes, as my vibration changes, I move from having them integrated to merely accepted. However, I can no longer deny any of these truths.

Happiness is a Choice

Happiness isn’t something that happens to you – it’s a choice you make every single moment. The same goes for health and prosperity. These overwhelming thoughts have come to me on various occasions, but only now am I ready to really start using them consciously. Supported by a mix of emotions and understanding that seemed almost surreal, I know that there is no other way. It may sound a bit weird, but I’ve come to realize that how you think and perceive reality shapes your experiences and feelings.

There is nothing new here, as Dr. Joe Dispenza has dedicated his life to spreading this message. After many attempts, setbacks, and forward steps, hours of meditations and affirmations, I finally became it and chose to be happy. Sounds like a simple decision, right? But trust me, it’s been a journey of unlearning everything I thought I knew about life, success, and personal growth, and learning again like a toddler learning to walk.

Lessons in Disguise (Sickness as a Message)

Let me get real with you. I used to think bad experiences were just random punishments. Now I understand they’re actually carefully crafted lessons. Every illness, every struggle, every seemingly impossible challenge is the universe’s way of showing you something profound about yourself.

Take sickness, for example. People often think it’s just bad luck. But what if every time you get sick, it’s actually a message? Maybe it’s about your thinking patterns, your inherited family beliefs, or simply how you’re not loving yourself enough. I’ve learned that you never – and I mean never – get sick without a reason. There is always a reason behind it, whether it’s a lack of self-love, poor diet, or neglecting self-care. For me, my chronic back pain since I was 13 years old was due to my rigid way of thinking. By understanding and decoding these messages, you can address the root cause and prevent future occurrences. Once I understood that, the pain was gone.

Obviously, if you wish to give it a try, you need to first accept that perspective may be true and think about it. Being able to decode the message behind the experience of sickness may be challenging as it requires some knowledge and experience. Unless you are passionate about it (as I am), you may need to seek support to understand what stands behind the picture of your reality that you are suffering from.

Prosperity and Limiting Beliefs

Prosperity and success work the same way. Almost everybody wants to be rich or at least prosperous, right? Great. But if you’re carrying around limiting beliefs that say “I can’t have this” or “People like me don’t get wealthy,” you’re essentially putting up a massive roadblock in your own path. These beliefs, whether conscious or unconscious, can sabotage your efforts and cause frustration, as you want something but continuously can’t get it. By working on your belief systems and decoding these limiting thoughts, you can align with your true desires and remove obstacles.

Once again, it may be overwhelming, as it was for me. It’s just easier to blame others (including family, spouse, or just injustice in the world). It’s a very uncomfortable truth that one may feel inside to be true, but will be pushed away and denied by the panicking ego of an unmanaged mind (that just prefers to be right based on known 3D experience). I know it is uncomfortable, but if you are reading this article, maybe it’s time for you to give it a try? It’s your choice, I know what works for me.

Becoming a Creator

If you give this perspective a try, you may get to the point where you become a conscious creator of your reality. When you open yourself to the possibility that challenges are actually guidance, not punishment, you may start reading these messages the same way you see direction signs while you travel or drive. It’s about shifting from “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this trying to teach me?”.

This isn’t some overnight transformation. It’s a continuous process of debugging your own operating system. Some days are magical, some are incredibly challenging. But the key is persistence while you keep working on yourself. Keep questioning your beliefs. Keep monitoring your thoughts. Keep showing up after a hard day and trying once more until you break the buggy code and start running smoothly with the lesson integrated into your subconscious mind. Keep enjoying happy days as you witness the magical results of your efforts. Transform challenges into opportunities and embrace happiness.

Continuous Transformation

I’m not here to tell you I’ve figured it all out. I’m still in the process, still learning. But I’ve seen glimpses of how powerful conscious creation can be. How by changing your perspective, you can literally reshape your reality, and some aspects of my reality have already changed in my life and others are getting consciously created. When it happens, you understand why and how, and you observe results. The intelligence of the universe is also overwhelming. At the same point, the limitations of your own mind come into the picture, and the battle between surrendering to these rules versus being attached to the known concepts given by the ego is drastically won (in favor of the rules presented above).

The Power of Perspective

To anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like life is just happening to them – I see you. I was there. This is your invitation to start looking at your experiences differently. This is an invitation for you to understand that you’re not just a passenger in your life, but the driver.

Your challenges are not obstacles. They’re opportunities. Your limiting beliefs are not facts. They’re just thoughts waiting to be transformed. Maybe it’s time to challenge them? Maybe what you were told to be true all your life is not really true for you and even doesn’t work as it got outdated?

An Invitation to Change

Buckle up. The journey of conscious creation is wild, beautiful, and entirely yours to create. The universe will continue to test and challenge you, but these challenges are opportunities to grow and transform. By opening yourself to new perspectives and allowing universal intelligence to guide you, you can create a reality beyond your imagination. Isn’t it what you are looking for? Isn’t it the happiness that you want? Isn’t the prosperity or abundance that is within reach of your change that is waiting for you? Why hesitate and not try?

Final Thoughts

I wish everyone would open to this perspective without drastic changes, allowing it to happen and experiencing the magic of conscious creation. It may look so distant and unachievable, especially if you are currently suffering from lack or illness. I do not question this and I am very sorry as a human being if you are going through any difficult experiences. These are more real to you than ever and can’t be underestimated. On the other side, change starts from simple decisions. Yes, it’s enough to decide, ask for help, and take the first step. Once you decide, keep this decision with you and start believing that change is going to come. Faith is a crucial factor here that supports the entire process.

You may feel totally lost and confused here and I know this feeling, I’ve been there. Once you decide, and continue working on yourself using this perspective, you’ll see the direction the universe is showing you. It’s a continuous process, but with faith and persistent effort, you can pursue the best path for your evolution. And if you are ready to accept this perspective and need help from someone, you know where to find me. I’ve been there and will be happy to guide you towards happiness, peace, prosperity, and abundance.

Thank you for your attention.
