“How I met Myself – And How You Can Meet Yourself”
“The most important meeting of your life isn’t with someone else. It’s with the real you—waiting just beyond who you think you are, ready to be discovered.”
How I Met Myself is a compelling true story of a grounded and pragmatic IT professional who lived by the rules he’d been taught – until life forced him to question everything.
Born in a small Polish town and raised on hard work and responsibility, Pawel built a successful career and thought he was doing everything right – until his health failed and the spark behind it all began to fade. When the mind-driven world offered no answers, he turned – reluctantly at first – to a shamanic medicine path that became a lifeline, guiding him back to health, meaning, and a completely different way of living.
Told with honesty and clarity, this remarkable transformational memoir is for anyone feeling stuck, anxious, facing health issues, or carrying a quiet hunger for meaning that modern life fails to satisfy. It offers more than inspiration – it offers perspective, gentle guidance, and a reminder – even for the most skeptical – that healing, clarity, joy, and abundance are truly possible.
Sometimes, it all begins with one simple shift: choosing to truly meet your real self. This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience – and it might just change the way you live.
