Newsletter #11 — 80% Belief, 20% Action

Hello dear reader,

This summer I went home. Same house. Same rhythms. Same people I love.
And yet – something had changed: me.

For years, visiting family could pull me back into old roles and quiet wars. Everyone sure of their own truth. Everyone trying to be “right.” I was part of that pattern, too. This time, I watched the familiar scenes rise… and I didn’t enter. No debating. No fixing. No proving. I stayed with myself.

Instead of fighting, I rest.
Instead of repairing anyone, I am – and I send love.
Instead of trying to be understood, I enjoy being here.

This didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of steady work: Family Constellations, clearing patterns again and again, meditations, trainings, courses, plant medicine… and then one day, it clicked – at least in some areas.
Programs that once felt true simply aren’t true anymore. I can see my parents’ ways of thinking, I can see my old way of thinking – and I can choose my new own.

🔑 The Moment It Clicked

As I’m getting older, my approach is changing: it’s not about working harder – it’s about believing deeper.
Less force, more intuition. The mind is a tool; it’s not the driver.

Watching The Matrix again with my wife (not as sci-fi, but as a mirror for consciousness) made it very clear:

Belief shapes reality.
Belief creates momentum.
Belief heals.

For most of my life I ran on 80% effort and 20% belief (well maybe even 95% to 5%). Now what I am starting to practice, it’s the opposite: 80% belief, 20% action. When I move from belief, action flows with less friction. Plans still matter – but they’re no longer the source of power. The state of me and my vibration is.

So before I act, I now ask:
Am I acting from belief – or from habit and fear?

If belief wobbles, it usually means I’m not ready yet. I calm the mind, return to the body, reconnect – and I don’t rush. Standing still often brings more value than pushing for something that isn’t aligned.
When it is aligned – and I genuinely believe – things move effortlessly.

I’ll keep you informed as this integrates. Nothing “new,” perhaps… but it finally feels getting embodied in me after years of transformation. To be continued.
