Astral Surgery – My Firsthand Experience as a Patient

by | Jul 31, 2025 | 2. Aware, Therapies

I’ve used many healing techniques over the years as a therapist — including astral surgery — but this time, I wasn’t the practitioner. I was the patient.

For months, I had been dealing with a persistent hip problem. Being in my mid-thirties and already struggling to walk at the end of the day felt frustrating, even frightening. Movement has always been part of my life, and when that started to disappear, it began to affect not only my body, but my mood and my sense of self.

I tried everything I knew: anti-inflammatory medication, acupuncture, physical therapy, stretching. They helped, but only temporarily. The underlying issue remained. Eventually, the advice I received was clear: keep exercising, wait for a doctor’s assessment… and consider astral surgery.

What Astral Surgery Is

Astral surgery is not a physical operation. It’s an energy-based shamanic technique that works on the etheric body — the energetic blueprint of our physical body. By replacing the damaged energetic “template” of an organ or joint with a healthy one, we help the physical body remember how to repair and restore itself.

It’s a powerful approach, but it works best for people who already have some awareness of their body’s messages and are willing to surrender to the process. Astral surgery isn’t about convincing the mind — it’s about allowing the body and energy field to work together in harmony.

Becoming the Patient

Life pushed me to a point where I couldn’t postpone it any longer. My wife, who offers therapies at ESPAIEssential, had an available slot, and I decided to put my healing first.

I’ve guided people through this process myself, but lying down as a patient was something entirely different. The room she created was calm, grounded, and safe. The atmosphere alone began to soften my fear.

I surrendered completely, lying on the therapy bed, and felt myself relax so deeply that I lost track of time — as if I had been given anesthesia, but without any drugs.

The Procedure

With music playing softly in the background, she began her work. In astral surgery, the therapist “replaces” the damaged energetic pattern of the organ or joint with a healthy, fully functioning one. In my case, it was my hip.

From my perspective, the hour-long session felt like only five minutes. When she told me we were finished, I realized something incredible: the pain was gone.

There was still the sensation of something having shifted — like after a real physical operation — but without the trauma of cutting or invasive intervention. I could feel space, lightness, and relief in a way I hadn’t for months.

After the Session

As with any surgery, there’s still recovery. I know I’ll need to look after my hip, and perhaps even repeat the process to reinforce the new information in my body’s energetic blueprint. But the shift was undeniable.

I was — and still am — deeply grateful. Grateful for my wife’s skill, for the opportunity to experience this on my own body, and for the reminder that when the physical body begins to fail, there are tools that can work on a deeper level.

Why I Share This

Astral surgery isn’t magic in the sense of quick tricks. It is magic in the sense that it works in the unseen — and yet produces very real changes in the seen. It requires surrender, openness, and the willingness to look at what your pain might be trying to tell you.

I’ve seen this technique help people recovering from major illnesses, including post-cancer treatments. I’ve now experienced it myself in a moment of vulnerability, and it has strengthened my trust in its power.

If you’re suffering, if nothing else seems to work, maybe it’s time to explore the message behind the pain — and to try something that works beyond the purely physical.

If you want to know more about astral surgery or experience it yourself, I can share my perspective as both a practitioner and a patient. And if you’re looking for a trusted space, I can wholeheartedly recommend ESPAIEssential — not only because it’s my wife’s practice, but because the work done there is deeply personal, aligned, and powerful.
