Hello dear reader,
The last weeks have been full — not just of work, but of right effort. The kind of energy that feels aligned. Alive. Anchored in something deeper.
That “something” has been self-love. But not as an idea. As a physical, tangible act.
It’s been expressed in the way I care for my body. In the daily practices I now consider non-negotiable: cleansing, movement, nutrition. In the boundaries I respect and the space I claim. But most of all — in completing something that has been two years in the making:
My book is now published.
To see it in my hands, arriving at my home as a proof copy… To place it on a shelf next to other titles that once guided me… That was a moment of joy I can barely describe.
Not joy from external validation. But the joy of doing something for myself.
Joy that comes from following through.
I have done many things in life I’m proud of: raising children, supporting others, contributing in my roles. But finishing this book — finally releasing it into the world — felt deeply fulfilling in a new way.
It was a commitment to my voice. My path. My truth.
And now, it’s yours to read: 📖 How I Met Myself — And How You Can Meet Yourself
I share it with no attachment. What needed to be said has been said. The rest belongs to the universe.

💗 Gentle Encouragement
If there’s one message I’d love you to take from this newsletter, it’s this:
Self-love is not an idea. It’s a practice.
A choice. A gesture. An action — even if it’s just one breath, one pause, one step toward yourself.
The first time I ever looked in the mirror and truly said something kind to myself…
I cried.
It felt foreign. Uncomfortable. But also — like finally coming home.
That moment opened a door I didn’t know was locked.
So today, I invite you to try it.
Look at yourself — really look — and say:
“I’m here for you.”
You might feel silly. Or emotional. Or nothing at all.
But every time you do it, you plant a seed.
Self-love grows through these quiet choices.
